Our prices

Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For every additional person, we charge 20 €/night.

The prices include bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, electricity and heating, bread service and the final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax. The Mobilcard lets you use the public bus and rail network throughout South Tyrol for free.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (2,50 € per day and person above 14 years of age).

Discounts for children

• Kids up to 3 years pay 5 €.
• Kids up to 16 years pay  15 €
• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

For your four-legged family members, we charge 15 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
In the apartment Schlern and Tschafon dogs are allowed.

Booking and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of one night has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the cancellation conditions noted below.

For stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge.

Surcharge for breakfast: The breakfast will be charged separately. (Does not apply to children up to 2.99 years)

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The following payment methods are also accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we are ready for you from 4.00 p.m.. Of course, you can check a few days in advance if the apartment is ready for you earlier. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you. Should you arrive by train or bus, we would be happy to pick you up.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09:30 a.m.. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code): You may cancel your reservation until 3 months prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 3 months before arrival and the booked day of arrival,  following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation until 4 weeks before arrival: 80% of the full price;
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the full price.
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit.

However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you sign a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here
